The Ladies Edge is a sisterhood of women who are on a mission to live life to the fullest! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  Do I need a gym membership or equipment? 
No gym membership needed  & yes you'll need a pair of light dumbbells (5,8 or 10lb are perfect) & a resistance band. Immediately upon signing up we will give you access to our shop where you can find our standard 15lb resistance band.
  Are you sure I'm not signing up for something with a commitment, contract, or "cancellation fee"?
100% sure. You can cancel your membership at anytime with zero charges or fees.
  How do I cancel if I no longer want my membership?
Simply click the support tab in your membership area and follow the prompts. 
  What happens after I sign up?
You will be sent an "ACCESS" email with your log in information & all the directions to get you set up properly. 
  When are the workouts posted? 
Workouts are posted the night before & they are left up for 2 weeks! You can do them whenever works best for your schedule.
