When Michelle decided to do a Bish Bodies Bootcamp I was ecstatic that I could work out in the comfort of my home at any time of the day.  My thoughts were…. Are you kidding me? I only need 21 minutes a day and a Band? For $25 a week I get one on one workouts with Michelle, nutritional guidance at any time and a community to keep each other accountable. I WAS ALL IN!!
